Proposal
Local General Contractor, Scott Lee, from Rustynail Enterprises Inc. submitted this concept for a detached Covered Back Deck with a fireplace to his client. The client, unfortunately, was asking for more than they could afford and consequently it was never built. It still remains one of my favorite backyard designs.
